At F&C we think our employees are all that and a bag of chips! Over the years we have cultivated traditions that help bring us together as a team. One tradition that has lasted almost 30 years is our company picnic. The company picnic is a way to bring employees together for a time away from the office. It allows us to take a break and relax with good food, games, and friends and this year, we got totally radical!
Today F&C traded spreadsheets for cassette tapes at our Radical Retro Company Picnic. Inspired by the iconic 80s, our bodacious team got groovy with an afternoon of food, games, laughter, and a healthy dose of nostalgia.
Culture and connection are vital at F&C, which is why we are constantly looking for opportunities to strengthen and uplift our team. Between friendly competitions and great food, the Radical Retro Picnic gave everyone an opportunity to connect outside the office and allowed us to celebrate the people who make F&C Good to Count On.
While the hairstyles and track suits probably should have stayed in the 80s and 90s the purpose behind this event was timeless: building relationships, strengthening our team, and creating opportunities to enjoy one another’s company.
We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s picnic a success. If we could describe it in two words, we would say it was totally rad!
At F&C we know the party won’t end when it hits 2000, but just in case, we still plan to party like its 1999 at next year’s company picnic!
