You challenge them with a contest!
The Red White & YOU contest invited team members to show off their creative skills and Fourth of July spirit by sending in design submissions to our marketing department for a chance to have their design on this year’s F&C Fourth of July t-shirt.
We welcomed any form of submission to the contest, and we were thrilled to see how many designs we received. Over 25 entries!
After receiving everyone’s submissions came the hardest part of the competition… choosing a winning design.
We debated
We reviewed
We struggled
We reviewed again.
In the end and after much debate, Dala Wiley’s design lit a spark.
Her clever design incorporated accounting symbols and numbers as firework bursts. Numbers that we deal with every day, and the spirit of assurance became bursts of energy that represent for F&C the true spirit of Good To Celebrate.
Next Dala Got to work alongside our in-house graphic artist, Abby to transform her concept into a commemorative t-shirt for our team to show off their F&C Fourth of July pride!
The excitement didn’t stop there as team members showed their support by ordering shirts to proudly represent Dala’s design and embrace the spirit of Good To Celebrate at F&C. We are so grateful for our team and very excited to celebrate with them this Fourth of July. From creative ideas to shared traditions, it’s the individuals who make up our team that give us the most reason to celebrate.
