IT DEPARTMENT
IT Engineer II
Responsible for providing maintenance  of the computer desktop and server environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk.  Responsible for administration and internal support of the company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.  
Education and/or Experience:
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
• Related experience and training

TRIBAL DEPARTMENT
Accounts Payable Associate
Responsible for a variety of clerical tasks related to processing and monitoring payments and expenditures for Tribal Clients.  
Education and/or Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of accounts payable or related experience
• Related experience and training

GL Accountant
Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures. 
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.  Extensive accounting experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• At least two (2) year’s experience in accounting in addition to degree requirement.
• Experience with Native American Accounting a plus.

Grant Accountant
Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to monitor Tribal client grant expenses for validity, allowance and appropriate application and ensuring accurate and timely grant reporting. 
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.  Extensive accounting experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• At least two (2) year’s experience in bookkeeping or accounting in addition to degree requirement.
• At least one (1) full year’s experience in fund accounting in addition to degree requirement.
• Experience with accounting for Federal grants a plus.
• Experience with Native American Accounting a plus.
• Experience with Native American Accounting a plus.

INDIAN GAMING DEPARTMENT
Revenue Auditors
Responsible for conducting audits of records received from the client each day. 
Education and/or Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preference given to additional pertinent education or experience.

TAX DEPARTMENT
Staff Accountant
Responsible for applying taxation principles and procedures to analyze information, prepare accurate and timely tax returns, tax payment estimates, and projections while maintaining appropriate legal and standard control procedures.  
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.  Demonstrated extensive taxation experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• Previous experience in tax preparation is preferred.

SOFTWARE DEPARTMENT
Software Developer
Responsible for development, upgrades, and special projects relating to various software packages.  Has client-facing responsibilities requiring interaction with team members and project managers. 
Education and/or Experience:
• BS in Computer Science or Accounting with a computer emphasis.  Extensive qualified experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• Fund accounting and/or governmental experience a plus.
• At least two (2) year’s experience in development in addition to degree requirement.
