The BSA requires that your facility has a written program to ensure ongoing compliance. The written program must contain certain mandatory language and meet specific requirements. In the first half of our seminar, we will discuss these requirements in depth. Topics include:

Title 31 Audits

FinCEN may not yet have come knocking at your Casino’s door to perform an audit, but they have the discretionary right to do so. In this seminar we will discuss the audit process in detail. You will know what to expect during a FinCEN audit to reduce the discomfort that comes from being unprepared.

• What to expect during a BSA Exam
• How to prepare your staff and your records
• Responding to findings and Corrective Action Plans
